David Weil serves as Vice President Legal at 360 Health MSO and General Counsel at Ziva Medical Audrain, with ongoing roles as Vice President of Legal Services at Prospero Medical Management and Third Vice President at the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands. David also contributes as an adjunct faculty member at Trevecca Nazarene University and previously at Belmont University Massey College of Business. With a strong background in business and health law, David held leadership positions including Chair of the Business Law and Governance Practice Group at the American Health Law Association and Vice President of Legal Services at Quorum Health. David holds an MBA and a Juris Doctor from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Life Sciences from Kent State University.
