Rebecca Gallahue

Rebecca Gallahue is an experienced legal and social work professional currently serving as the Director of Legal Support at Legal Aid DC since June 2020. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at Legal Aid DC, beginning as an Undergrad Summer Intake Intern and progressing to Senior Legal Assistant. In the academic realm, Rebecca earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a clinical concentration and participation in the Penn Aging Certificate program. Additionally, Rebecca completed a Clinical Social Work Internship at Penn Medicine Hospice and contributed to several organizations, including MANNA and Restore Health, focusing on patient support and social determinants of health. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Hispanic Studies from William & Mary.
