Pam Loh

Pamela Loh is an experienced attorney currently serving as Legal Counsel for Youth and Children since February 2024. Prior to this role, Pamela Loh held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Jensen Hughes from June 2019 to February 2024. From November 2016 to June 2019, Pamela was a faculty member at the National Center for DWI Courts, a division of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals. Pamela Loh also operated a private practice from October 2009 to June 2019 and served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Vancouver from February 2004 to June 2009. Earlier in Pamela's career, the attorney worked as an associate at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt from October 2000 to May 2003. Pamela Loh earned a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Whittier College.
