Michelle R. is a dedicated professional currently serving as a LEAP Fellow at Legal Education Access Pipeline, Inc. and a Generative AI Analyst at NVIDIA. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and participated in the COOP Careers Fellowship in 2023.

We supports students who are historically underrepresented in the field of law: POC, LGBTQ+, first-gen. college students, & those who are socioeconomically disadvantaged. LEAP provides comprehensive programming through focused workshops, LSAT prep, & mentoring with an attorney & law student mentor.
