Michelle R.

Michelle R. is a dedicated professional currently serving as a LEAP Fellow at Legal Education Access Pipeline, Inc. and a Generative AI Analyst at NVIDIA. Previous roles include Field Organizer for the Oakland Education Association, Policy and Communications Fellow at the Berkeley Interdisciplinary Migration Initiative, and Co-Director of Public Relations and Media at the Latinx Pre Law Society at UC Berkeley. Michelle has also worked as an Organizer with IFPTE Local 21, AFL-CIO, and held the position of Latinx & the Environment Fellow at the Institute for Research on Labor & Employment. Early experiences include a Research Intern role at the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law and a Student Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and participated in the COOP Careers Fellowship in 2023.
