Diana McManus

Diana McManus has a wealth of work experience in the financial and insurance industries. Diana began their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they worked in Audit from 1989 to 1992. Diana then joined Legal & General America, where they held various positions, including Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of Financial Reporting, Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy, Head of IFRS 17, and currently serves as the VP, Controller. In addition to their work at Legal & General America, Diana also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at FMIC - Frederick Mutual Insurance Company from 2021 to 2023.

Diana McManus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Diana also holds certifications, including a CPA obtained in August 2019, an Associate, Financial Services Institute certification earned in 2007, and an FLMI certification obtained in 1995. Additionally, Diana has completed the Implementing Winning Strategies Experience program from Columbia Business School Executive Education and is scheduled to obtain a Mutual Director Certification from NAMIC in 2023.
