Elijah Gaioni

Elijah Gaioni, PhD has worked in various roles throughout their career. Elijah started as an Actuarial Student at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in 2000 and stayed until 2002. Elijah then joined IBM as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Business Analytics from 2009 to 2012. Following that, Elijah worked at American Express as a Manager in Global Rewards and Finance where they developed statistical methodologies, created frameworks, and built models for various finance-related projects. In 2013, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as a Corporate Vice President in Data Science and stayed until 2018. Currently, Elijah is the Head Data Scientist at Legal & General America.

Elijah Gaioni, PhD pursued undergraduate studies in Applied Mathematics at Brown University, followed by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistics at The University of Connecticut.
