W. Paul Jones has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on product management, strategy, and process consulting. W. Paul is currently a Principal Product Manager at Legal & General America. Prior to this, they held senior roles at Farmers Insurance, including Senior Product Owner for Digital Transformation and Senior Strategy and Process Consultant for Commercial Claims. W. Paul also has experience in regional claims management at Farmers Insurance. Before joining Farmers Insurance, Jones worked at AIG as a Branch Claims Manager. W. Paul holds certifications as a LEAN Green Belt, SAFe 6, and POPM.

W. Paul Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science/Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. W. Paul is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has obtained various certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager.
