Hayley Holness

Hayley Holness is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Head of Investment for LGRI Real Estate Housing at Legal & General since July 2023, Hayley previously held key leadership positions at Lendlease, including Head of New Business and Investment Director, from March 2018 to July 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tishman Speyer as Senior Director from April 2007 to March 2018, and an analytical role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2007. Hayley holds educational credentials from Columbia University (2001-2005) and the University of Oxford (2005-2006).
