Natalie Whitty is a seasoned communications and corporate affairs leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Corporate Affairs Director at Legal & General, Natalie has held key positions at leading organizations including the London Stock Exchange Group as Interim Corporate Affairs and Marketing Director, and RSA where responsibilities included overseeing corporate strategy, communications, and marketing initiatives during a major transition to new ownership. Prior roles include strategic leadership at Post Office, Pearson PLC, and Teach First, where Natalie has consistently driven brand engagement and strategic communications across diverse markets and complex organizational changes. Natalie holds a BA Honours degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
