Paul Lee

Paul Lee is a seasoned Senior/Lead Scrum Master with extensive experience in agile methodologies and product delivery, currently serving at Legal & General since June 2015. With a strong background in coaching teams within highly regulated environments, Paul focuses on transitioning from project to product thinking, integrating UX design processes, and implementing Scrum with Kanban. Prior to Legal & General, Paul held various senior roles at SS&C Technologies and its predecessor, DST Global Solutions, where responsibilities included providing consultancy throughout the software development life cycle and championing agile practices to enhance delivery and team performance. Additionally, Paul's early career included positions as a Technical Lead and Analyst Programmer, supported by a BEng (Hons) in Electronic, Communication & Computer Engineering from the University of Bradford.
