Vanessa Parmar Ceng Miet

Vanessa Parmar CEng MIET is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business performance and insights management, currently serving as the Business Performance & Insights Manager for Institutional Retirement at Legal & General since June 2023. Prior to this role, Vanessa held various positions at SGN from November 2015 to June 2023, including Business Performance Manager and Strategic Initiatives Manager, where leadership of large-scale transformation programmes and management of the Smart Networks team were key responsibilities. Notably, Vanessa co-developed a digital solution with BCG Digital Ventures during a secondment as a Project Business Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Oil and Gas Engineering from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester.
