Martha Peyton

Martha Peyton has a strong background in the real estate equity research field. Martha is currently serving as the Head of US Real Estate Equity Research at LGIM America. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director at Aegon USA Realty Advisors from February 2018 to May 2023. Martha also had a long tenure at TIAA, where they served as a Managing Director from November 1993 to September 2016.

Martha Peyton's education history begins in 1970 when they attended Fordham University. Martha studied Economics and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in 1980. In addition to their academic qualifications, in November 2007 they obtained a certification in real estate from The Counselors of Real Estate.
