Ely Vasig has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Ely began their career as an Associate at ACCRA Law Offices in 2012, followed by a position as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Puno and Puno Law Offices from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they founded VASIG | ABARQUEZ | LUMAUIG | ABARQUEZ | PUNO Law Offices, where they served as a Founding Partner and CEO. Ely also worked as a Legal Consultant for the Presidential Communications Operations Office and the Philippine Sports Commission in 2020, as well as the Department of Finance from 2020 to 2021. In the same year, they became the CEO of ELMARC Commercial Exchange. Additionally, Ely co-founded Legal Hackers in 2020 and served as a Co-Founder and Director for Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at Legal Tech Philippines from 2020 until present. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at VSG Group, an investment firm that focuses on small and emerging businesses.

Ely Vasig pursued their education at Ateneo de Manila University. From 2002 to 2006, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Later, from 2006 to 2010, Ely Vasig earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, specializing in Law, from the same university.
