Jim Garofalo

JJ Garofalo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2006, they started their career as a Regional Manager at East Coast Entertainment, where they provided entertainment services and managed all activities and functions. In 2004, they became a District Sales Manager at Worldwide Express, focusing on the SMB market and driving sales to exceed company goals.

Later, Garofalo joined Legal Resources in 2011 as the Director of Field Services, managing a team of sales staff and account managers. JJ then served as the Vice President of Field Services from 2013 to 2020, taking on various responsibilities, including website development, video production, sales training, partnership program management, and leading the team to win an International Stevie Award for Sales & Brand Experience. Following that, they became the Executive Vice President, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading company culture and future growth opportunities.

In 2022, Garofalo founded their own company, Attorney Live, as the Founder and CEO. Attorney Live is an app-based tele-law service connecting people to local attorneys for on-demand advice and consultation through video, chat, or phone call.

Throughout their career, Garofalo has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on optimizing performance and supporting team members.

JJ Garofalo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from James Madison University. Additionally, they obtained a Virginia Property & Casualty License from the Bureau of Insurance State Corporation Commission in October 2018.
