Matt King is an accomplished culinary executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the hospitality industry. Currently serving as President and COO of Legal Sea Foods since November 2022, Matt also holds the position of Chief Culinary Officer at PPX Hospitality Brands from March 2020. Previously, Matt served as Vice President of Culinary at Smith and Wollensky Restaurant Group since October 2018, following a tenure as National Director of Culinary Development & Corporate Chef from January 2010 to October 2018. Other significant roles include Executive Chef at Jurys Inn Hotel Group, TD Garden, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Matt King graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1996.
