Neil Pai

Neil Pai serves as General Counsel at Founders Fund since July 2014 and is a member of the Emerging Leaders Council at Legal Services Corporation since March 2019. Previously, Neil contributed to TechGC as a Steering Committee member from 2015 to 2021. Prior roles include Vice President and Associate General Counsel at both Thiel Capital LLC and Clarium Capital Management from June 2011 to July 2014, and Corporate Associate at Sidley Austin from August 2008 to July 2011, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Neil began the professional journey as an International Revenue Analyst at American Airlines from July 2004 to July 2005. Neil holds a JD from Harvard Law School (2005-2008) and BA degrees in Economics and Sociology from Duke University (2000-2004).
