Kirsten Soberanis

Kirsten Soberanis has over 30 years of experience in human resources, demonstrating extensive leadership in the field. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at Legal Services NYC since June 2012, Kirsten has previously held significant roles including Managing Director of Human Resources at Changing Our World, Inc. from June 2007 to May 2012, Director of Human Resources at Greenwich House from 2004 to 2007, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Harbor from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, Kirsten began a career in human resources at Thypin Steel Co., where tenure lasted from 1990 to 1998.
