Sema Sarsour

Sema Sarsour is a dedicated law graduate with experience in various legal roles, currently serving at Legal Services NYC while awaiting admission to the bar. Sarsour's practical experience includes internships at Day One New York and Housing Works, and participation in family defense through Brooklyn Defender Services. Previous positions involve judicial internships at Kings County and Queens County Supreme Courts, mediation work for the New York State Attorney General, and fellowships through the John Jay-Vera program and the Ronald H. Brown Law School Prep Program. Sarsour holds a Doctor of Law degree from the City University of New York School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in English from John Jay College.
