Daniel Rowinsky has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Senior Staff Attorney and previously as an Attorney and Law Clerk at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. since September 2013. Daniel's background includes significant work in immigration law as a Student Attorney at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law's Immigration Clinic, where successful representations involved withholding of removal claims and affirmative asylum claims. Additionally, Daniel has interned at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, focusing on pretrial civil procedure issues. Academically, Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Florida International University.
