Jonathan Francis

Jonathan Francis is an accomplished attorney with a diverse background in housing law, business formation, estate planning, and wills. Currently serving as the Housing Practice Group Chair and Staff Attorney at Legal Services of Northern Virginia since May 2022, Jonathan has previously held roles as Partner and Legal Associate at Executive Law Partners, PLLC, as well as Partner at Smith Francis Law Group. With foundational experience as the Owner of The Francis Law Office PLLC and an Associate at Nichols Zauzig Sandler P.C., Jonathan has also undertaken multiple clerkships at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies and History from William & Mary.
