David Brown

David Brown has extensive experience in both legal services and corporate management. Currently serving as President and Volunteer Paralegal at Apex Immigration Services since September 2016, David Brown provides low-cost immigration legal services to refugees and immigrants. In addition, David Brown has been a Volunteer Paralegal with Church World Services since December 2015 and Legal Aid of North Carolina since August 2013. Prior to these roles, David Brown held the position of Vice President of Contract Management & Operations at GlaxoSmithKline from October 1988 to September 2012 before retirement. David Brown holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice/Police Science from The University of Georgia.
