Thomas Holderness

Thomas Holderness is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Legal Aid of North Carolina since April 2018, with admission to practice law in North Carolina and Tax Court. Previously, Thomas served as a Shareholder at Robinson Bradshaw from September 1998 to February 2018 and as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice from November 1990 to April 1998, where case trials were conducted as the IRS's lawyer. Thomas Holderness holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with education from Episcopal High School, Greensboro Day, and Union Presbyterian Seminary.
