Mark Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Mark started their career at Rapid Legal, Inc. in 2003 as the Northern California Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing multiple offices, hiring and training employees, and advising customers. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Director of Training & Education, where they directed a team that trained customers on product usage and conducted customer research.

In 2009, Mark joined One Legal as a Product Manager, leading the development of the company's affiliate management system and the first eFiling system in California. Mark later took on the role of Product Training & Research Manager, building and managing the training team and program, as well as developing MCLE courses for customers.

At One Legal, Mark continued to progress in their career, becoming the Director of Training & Research in 2012, where they directed a team that provided training and conducted customer research. Mark then took on the position of Program Manager, Justice Group, where they oversaw court implementations and partnered with other technology companies.

In 2017, Mark founded California Alps Cycling, an organization focused on promoting cycling and advocating for the outdoors. Additionally, they joined LegalConnect in 2021 as the Director of Business Development, responsible for nurturing existing partners and recruiting new ones, as well as working with courts and court-related agencies.

Mark Schwartz received a High School Diploma from Leigh High School in the years 1977 to 1981. Later, from 1989 to 1992, they obtained a Certificate in Paralegal studies from West Valley College. In 2010, Mark completed a Product Management Program and earned a Certificate from the University of California Berkeley, Center for Executive Education.
