Varun Varier is currently the Head of Contracts - Lead at LegalEase Solutions, LLC. Varun has experience in contract obligations management, drafting, review, negotiations, vendor management, policy reviews, compliance audits, and infrastructure management. Varun has also worked as a Senior Associate and Associate in operations, focusing on contract management, compliance audits, and expense control. Prior to their current role, Varun gained experience as a Junior Legal Associate and has interned at various law firms and corporations. Varun holds a B.com LLB (Hons) dual degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
