Walker Herring

Walker Herring's work experience includes a role as a Junior Software Developer at LegalMation since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Western Washington University where they served as a Computer Science Tutor from April 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they tutored basic programming and debugging skills, data structures, functional programming, and algorithm analysis in C, Java, Python, and Scheme. Walker also led a team of five other tutors. Additionally, Walker worked as an Alternative Textbook Specialist at Western Washington University from August 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they made course media accessible to students with disabilities and utilized tools such as ABBYY Finereader, Word, and Dolphin Publisher to create accessible media. Walker also wrote Visual Basic scripts to streamline the process.
