Daniel Bernshtam is a legal professional with extensive experience as a Contract Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery since September 2022 and at Legalpeople since March 2019, focusing on substantive document reviews for various regulatory investigations and arbitration cases. Prior experience includes a legal internship at East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, where Daniel successfully guided eleven clients through political asylum applications, and roles in technology as a QA Engineer and Software Engineer at Enova Financial and DoubleClick, respectively. Daniel holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
