Patricia Lucio-Penn

Patricia Lucio-Penn is an experienced Special Education Advocate currently working at Taconic Resources for Independence, Inc. since November 2022, providing bilingual support services. In addition, Patricia serves as a Legal Associate at LegalShield/IDShield since September 2016, offering legal consultations and resources to clients. Patricia has also worked as an Interpreter at Geneva Worldwide since June 2015, facilitating communication between Spanish and English speakers. Earlier in their career, Patricia was a Special Education Consultant at Abilities First, Inc. from January 2015 to September 2022, and held the position of Quality Assurance Coordinator and Early Intervention Program Director during that time. Patricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCLA and an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Monica College.
