Justine Batais

Justine Batais has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Justine started their career in 2015 as an Agent d'administration du personnel at the Ministère de la Défense. Justine then worked at SCP Ballu-Gougeon Voisine as an Immersion en cabinet d'Avocats, where they conducted legal research and assisted in client consultations and court hearings. Later, they interned at SCP Baur et associés as an Assistante juridique.

In 2019, Justine joined RG AVOCATS as a Juriste contentieux aérien, handling client claims related to aviation law and negotiating with airlines for conciliation procedures. Justine also attended court hearings for aviation disputes.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Juriste en alternance at RG AVOCATS, gaining further experience in legal matters. Justine also served as an Assistante juridique at the firm, representing the cabinet in court and managing client claims in aviation law.

Justine then joined Relyens in 2021 as a Juriste droit des contrats. Justine reviewed and validated contracts for various entities within the group, drafted legal agreements, and ensured compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Justine also conducted legal research and monitored potential compliance updates.

Currently, Justine is employed at Legalstart.fr as a Juriste corporate - customer success. Their responsibilities include handling company and association registration, as well as making modifications to associations.

Throughout their career, Justine has demonstrated a strong legal background, emphasizing their expertise in aviation law, contract law, and corporate law.

Justine Batais pursued their education starting in 2013 at Lycée Beaumont where they obtained their Baccalauréat degree in Economics and Social Sciences. In 2013, they also enrolled at Université de Rennes I, where they pursued a four-year program and earned their Bachelor's degree in Law with a specialization in Economics and Management. After completing their undergraduate studies, Justine joined INSEEC MSc in 2018 to pursue a Master's degree in Finance d'Entreprises, which they completed in 2019. Following their first Master's degree, they continued their education at INSEEC MSc, graduating in 2020, specializing in Fiscalité, Droit des Affaires, Conseil et Gestion d'Entreprise.
