Pia Michel

Pia Michel has over 10 years of experience in the consulting and corporate world. Pia started their career in 2005 as a Personalberaterin at von Rundstedt. In 2011, they founded their own consulting firm, Pia Michel Consulting, where they worked as a Beraterin, Trainerin, and Coach for Sondersituationen, Veränderungen, and Perspektiven. In 2014, they joined VOGEL & KOLLEGEN Unternehmensberater GmbH as a Seniorpartnerin. In 2018, they became a Principal at Kienbaum. In 2019, they became a Founding Partner & COO at LegalTegrity and an ada Fellow at ada.

Pia Michel's education history includes a Diplomkauffrau in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Universität des Saarlandes from 1988 to 1994, an Industriekauffrau from Fritz Werner Industrieausrüstungen GmbH from 1984 to 1986, and several certifications from various organizations including Kroeber Kommunikation, Institut für Syst.
