Nicole Scruggs has a strong background in customer success and management roles. Nicole is currently the Director of Customer Success at Legato Security since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Infrascale from 2011 to 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they managed top partner accounts, facilitated customer satisfaction and feedback, and collaborated with sales teams for onboarding and training. Before that, they worked at Volt as a Recruiter and Project Manager from 2004 to 2011, building partnerships with clients, marketing candidates, and overseeing the order filling process. Nicole also has experience as an HR Coordinator/Operations Supervisor at Best Buy from 2002 to 2005.
Nicole Scruggs obtained their high school diploma from Weber High School in the years 1999 to 2002. Nicole then pursued Generals at Weber State College from 2003 to 2004.
