Jeffrey Sprau has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2019 to the present, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Legence, overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the company. Prior to that, they were the President of BrandSafway Commercial & Industrial from 2017 to 2018, responsible for the profitability and strategic direction of a $1.8 billion group of businesses. From 2014 to 2017, they were the President of Safway Group's US Division, managing a division with $1.2 billion in revenue, 90 branch locations, and 4,000 employees. Jeffrey held multiple other leadership positions within Safway Group, including President of the East Division and Division Vice President. Earlier in their career, they held various management roles at Johnson Controls and Trane.
Jeffrey Sprau attended Iowa State University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Jeffrey then enrolled at Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics from 1988 to 1990, obtaining their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing Management.
