Berit Van Hover has accumulated diverse experience in the field of training and development. Beginning as a Stagiair at Lokale politie Denderleeuw/Haaltert from May 2018 to January 2019, Berit then transitioned to UZ Gent in September 2020 for an internship in the Talent and Development department. Following this, Berit served as a Trainingscoördinator at Volvo Group from March 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the learning and development cycle, coordinating daily business operations, and executing various projects.
