Cindy Chang

Cindy Chang is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Global Program Lead for Global Manufacturing and Supply at Legend Biotech since February 2021, where responsibilities include team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and managing CAR-T cell therapy initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at NCKU R&D Foundation, where Cindy held positions as Chief Project Manager and Global Project Manager, and at ReVasgen Biomedical Inc. as Project Manager overseeing biotech start-up business development.
