Omkar Mankame

Omkar Mankame is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and biomedical engineering fields. Currently serving as a Commissioning Qualification Validation (CQV) Specialist II at Legend Biotech since October 2021, Omkar previously held roles in Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering at Bristol Myers Squibb, where oversight was provided for CAR T Manufacturing Operations and Quality Control Laboratory methods. Additionally, experience as a Research Assistant at Florida International University involved collaboration with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital to develop heart valve substitutes for young patients. Earlier career experience includes work as a Project Engineer at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., focusing on the qualification of various diagnostic systems.
