Wang Nengguang

Mr. WANG Nengguang cofounded Legend Capital with Mr. ZHU Linan and Mr. CHEN Hao in 2001.He is now Board Director of Legend Capital.

Mr. Wang boasts more than 15 years of investment and finance related experience. He leads a number of investments in IT, consumption & services and manufacturing industries, and serves as directors of these leading companies, among which several have listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Small and Medium Enterprise Board of Shenzhen Exchange, or ChiNext.

Mr. Wang joined Legend Group in 1992, and served as General Manager of the Group’s Finance Department from 1994-2001, in charge of corporate finance of the Group. Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in corporate financial management and operations.
