Brad T. has extensive work experience in the sales industry. Brad began their career as a Configuration Technician at MicroAge in 1999 and later worked as a System Support Technical Intern at Mesa Community College from 2000 to 2001. Brad then joined Northern Arizona University as a Resident Assistant from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they started their career in sales as a Branch Manager/Sales Consultant at PulteGroup, where they worked until 2010. Brad then became a Sales Consultant for PulteGroup from 2010 to 2013 before being promoted to General Sales Manager from 2013 to 2015. Brad then moved on to Century Communities, Inc., where they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Brad returned to PulteGroup as the General Sales Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they hold a leadership position at Legend Homes, first as an Area Sales Manager from 2018 to 2021, then as a Vice President of Sales from 2021 to 2023, and finally as the Senior Vice President of Sales from 2023 to the present.

Brad T. completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a major in Marketing, Management, and Computer Information Systems from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business. Brad attended this university from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, Brad also obtained a Sales Person License in Real Estate from the Arizona School of Real Estate.

In 2008, Brad obtained an Arizona Broker License from the Hogan School of Real Estate.

Later, in 2010, Brad attended the Champions School of Real Estate and earned a Texas Broker License.

In terms of additional certifications, Brad obtained the Arizona Broker License from the Arizona Department of Real Estate in May 2008. Brad also obtained the Real Estate Broker certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission in September 2012.
