Waleska M. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People & Culture Director for Camillo Companies since May 2021. Previously, Waleska held multiple HR roles at Univision Communications Inc., where responsibilities included managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws from March 2018 to May 2021. Additionally, Waleska worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Assistant at Atlantic Coffee Solutions from March 2013 to March 2018, providing comprehensive HR services to a workforce of 300 employees. Waleska holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development with a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Houston.
