Paul Moffat

Paul Moffat has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1995, they worked at Celestica as a Manufacturing Manager and later took on roles such as Manager of Industrial Engineering, Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, and Senior Director of Corporate Forecasting, Planning & Analysis. Paul then joined Research In Motion in 2009 as the Director of Global Forecasting, overseeing global demand forecasting and strategic planning. In 2013, Moffat worked as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Sourcing at CIBC before moving on to positions at Urtech Manufacturing and BSM Wireless. At Urtech Manufacturing, they served as the Vice President of Operations and continued to oversee manufacturing operations at BSM Wireless in a contract position. In 2016, Moffat joined Shaw Communications as the Director of Demand Management, responsible for Lean transformation and business process re-design in the supply chain organization. Moffat later held roles at Photon Control Inc., Cadex Electronics, and Cascadia Scientific Inc. as they progressed from Director to VP to Chief Operating Officer. Paul is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Legend Power® Systems, where they contribute their expertise in overseeing internal operations and implementing processes for company performance and growth.

Paul Moffat obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Co-Op program from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, in August 1992, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the institution Professional Engineers Ontario.
