Chris Johnston

Chris Johnston has a strong background in finance and accounting. Chris served as the Director of Operational Accounting at Legendary Capital, where they were responsible for accounting functions and maintaining internal controls. Chris also prepared and reviewed financial statements and managed accounting staff. Prior to that, Chris worked at National Hospitality Services LLC as the Senior Controller and Assistant Controller, overseeing accounting functions and internal controls for hotel properties. At Rydell Auto Center, they were an Accounting Manager, providing management oversight for accounting transactions. Chris also held various roles at Noridian Mutual Insurance, including Director of Finance, Manager of Finance, and Director of Corporate Tax, where they played a key role in financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, treasury management, budgeting, tax reporting, and procurement.

Chris Johnston has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mayville State University. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant in Minnesota and North Dakota since 1988.
