Rick Vitale

Rick Vitale, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rick is currently serving as the Chief Distribution Officer at Legendary Capital since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at InvestX Capital as the EVP Sales and Business Development from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Rick held the role of Chief Distribution Officer at Legendary Capital. Rick served as the President at Hartman Real Assets Securities, Inc., Hartman Advisors, LLC, and Hartman Income REIT from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at United Realty Advisors LP as the President and Executive Vice President - Product Distribution from 2013 to 2015. From 1992 to 2013, Rick held the position of Executive Vice President - Strategic Business Development at AEI Fund Management, Inc. Rick began their career as an Economic Analyst at Burlington Northern Railroad in 1990 and later served as a Treasury Analyst and Cash Management Analyst - Corporate Management Trainee.

Rick Vitale, CFA holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of St. Thomas. Rick graduated from Frank B. Kellogg High School with a Diploma. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications, including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in 1999, and various securities licenses such as Series 7, Series 24, Series 79, and Series 63, all obtained through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Rick also completed leadership training for managers provided by Dale Carnegie and The Sequoia System Core Program for Wholesalers offered by Sequoia System.
