Eyal Stern has a long and varied work history. Eyal began their career in 2009 as a System Mainframe Engineer and Server-Client Developer for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2012, they became an Editor for GosuGamers, where they wrote news, articles, and features, primarily covering Starcraft 2 and helping with the Dota 2 section. In 2014, they moved on to become a Game Developer and Designer for TabTale, developing casual games for ages 10-14. In 2015, they participated in the Shenkar-MIT Game Lab Summer Workshop as a Game Developer and Designer, and also worked as a Game Designer for Moon Studios GmbH, helping with Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition, doing QA, testing, assorted design tasks, and bug fixing. In 2017, they became a Project Lead, Designer, and Developer for kunst-stoff GmbH's HitchHiker project. In 2018, they became a Lecturer at SAE Institute Berlin, and also served as Development Lead - Game Studio, Tech Lead, Product Owner, and Producer for Akelius Residential Property AB. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Senior Unity Developer for META Games.
Eyal Stern attended the Shenkar Institute for Engineering and Design from 2014 to 2015, obtaining a Certificate Study Program in Game Design with a field of study in Game and Interactive Media Design. Eyal also attended ORT Colleges from 2008 to 2009, obtaining a Practical Engineer with a field of study in Computer Science.
