Jayson Kim

Jayson Kim is a General Partner at Legendary Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in companies across the consumer, retail and technology space. Jayson is a veteran in the retail industry having held senior executive leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies, including the J.Crew Group, Jones (Nine West) Group, Perry Ellis International, BCBGMAXAZRIA Group, and Nokia Corporation. Throughout his career, Jayson has lead strategic planning, consumer marketing, and product merchandising organizations in the broader direct-to-consumer (web, stores, catalog) omni-channel retail verticals for various fashion (hard-soft, goods-services) lines such as J.Crew, BCBGMAXAZRIA, BCBGeneration, Herve Leger, Max Azria, Original Penguin, Jantzen, Perry Ellis, Anne Klein, Nine West, Easy Spirit, Bandolino, Jones New York, and Barneys New York. Jayson serves as a Board Adviser to FiscalNote and ToyBox, and previously served as a Board Director to Gemist and Vrai. Jayson is also a Strategic Adviser with the Fung Brothers and Andrew Yang. Jayson also serves as a Board Trustee with the Girl Scouts of America. Jayson is a graduate of Columbia University.
