Rona Cosgrove

Rona Cosgrove serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Film Business & Legal Affairs at Legendary Entertainment since September 2024. Previously, Rona held the position of Chief Business Affairs Officer at BRON Studios from April 2019 to April 2024, overseeing business affairs for the company's motion picture and television departments. Rona's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Vice President in Charge of Business Affairs at Paramount Pictures, where negotiation of high-profile deals for major talent such as Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg was a key responsibility. Rona also worked in business affairs at Revolution Studios, negotiated legal matters at Sony Pictures Entertainment, and developed legal contracts at Rosenfeld Meyer & Susman LLP. Rona holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Doctor of Law from the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law, with additional legal education from Harvard Law School.
