Charlotte Sibley

Charlotte Sibley has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, serving as the Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Legend from August 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included end-to-end deal management, portfolio optimization, and global M&A strategy delivery. Prior to Legend, Charlotte was the M&A Senior Manager at Travelopia, overseeing buy and sell side M&A processes, due diligence management, and portfolio performance analysis. Additionally, Charlotte held roles at PwC UK, progressing from Senior Associate in Assurance to Manager in M&A Corporate Finance. Charlotte's educational background includes a Negotiation Programme from The London School of Economics and Political Science and ACA qualification from BPP.
