Martijn Kuipers is an accomplished Country Manager for the Netherlands and DACH at Legend since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as CRM & Customer Experience Manager for Germany at Kaizen Gaming, where responsibilities entailed optimizing player retention and conversion through strategic campaigns. Martijn also worked at Betway Group, where roles included Senior Country Executive for Canada, The Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, and managing the Rest of World countries, focusing on P&L and sustainable performance. Earlier experience includes roles at Digital Outsource Services, overseeing customer service operations across multiple regions, and starting a career with an internship at the Democratic Alliance.
