Matthew Stock

Matthew Stock has extensive experience in legal counsel and corporate law, currently serving as General Legal Counsel and Head of Legal at Legend since June 2017. Prior to this role, Matthew held the same title at iTech Media from June 2017 to October 2023, and was a Corporate Lawyer at Osborne Clarke from October 2014 to June 2017, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial law. Matthew began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at Ashurst from September 2012 to September 2014, contributing across various departments including Dispute Resolution, Finance, Corporate, and Tax. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from the University of Law, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge.
