Meredith Buchanan serves as the Head of People and Culture at Legend since January 2020, focusing on enhancing the people experience within a teams dedicated to sports betting. Prior to this role, Meredith held several leadership positions at Property Valuation Services Corporation, including VP of Strategy and Corporate Development, where artificial intelligence product development was led, resulting in significant accolades such as the 2020 International Award for Distinguished Assessment Jurisdiction of the Year. Additional roles included VP of Strategy and Stakeholder Services, where an entrepreneurial culture was cultivated, and Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, overseeing learning and development initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Deloitte Canada, specializing in change management strategies, and consulting roles with The Governance Network and Dalhousie University. Educational achievements include an Executive Primer in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and training in mindful leadership from the Institute for Mindful Leadership.
