Marc SOUBIRAN is an experienced development director with a strong background in real estate project management and land development. Currently, Marc serves as the Directeur du développement at Groupe Legendre, focusing on land development in the Western region and collaborating with various teams on mixed operations requiring engineering expertise. Previously, Marc held similar roles at Groupe Lamotte and REALITES, where responsibilities included overseeing complex land development projects and sourcing sites for future real estate operations. Marc's career began with an internship at Groupe Gambetta, where tasks encompassed feasibility studies, budget preparation, and legal documentation for property development.
