Talal Harmouche

Talal Harmouche is an experienced construction project manager with a focus on rehabilitation and energy efficiency projects. Currently serving as Conducteur de travaux at Groupe Legendre since January 2019, Talal has successfully overseen multiple projects, including a €5M rehabilitation of six buildings in Trappes and a €3M renovation of seven buildings in Champs-Sur-Marne. Talal's recent project involved managing the rehabilitation of a research center for École Polytechnique, valued at €5M. Talal's career began with a stage at Demathieu Bard, where responsibilities included overseeing construction and ensuring safety and quality standards, and prior to that with GCC Construction on a large office building project. Talal holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from CY Cergy Paris Université.
