Dom Stokes

Dom Stokes is the General Manager of Utilita Arena Sheffield and Sheffield City Hall, a position held since 2025. With over 28 years of experience in managing high-profile events across various sectors, Dom previously served as Head of Live Events & Venues at Sheffield City Trust, overseeing a major live events portfolio. Earlier roles include General Manager positions at SIV and Live Nation Entertainment, where they managed large-scale venues and events. Dom began their academic journey at Cardiff University, graduating between 1994 and 1997.
